§ 16 Use of Field Service Staff (On-Site Saddle Fitting)
For on-site saddle fittings and consultation visits, we use independent saddle specialists (freelancers) as processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. Data processed includes: name and address, contact details, rider measurements, horse details, and health-related information where medically required (Art. 9 GDPR – only with express consent). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28(3) GDPR has been concluded with each freelancer.
